I've only seen my coworkers wear mascara to work...make up is pretty much non existent there..so i needed something almost invisible.
I got the golden goddess palette from elf and i like it because it just gives my eyes a subtle bronzey-golden look
Unfortunately, urban decay neutrals are too metallic/shimmery/noticeable
I love the darkest color in this palette-it's a good crease shade
