I need a work out plan that will actually work out.
Maybe i can just try to make little things a work out..instead of setting aside an hour a day..since i haven't had the discipline to do that.
I guess i can randomly do jumping jacks at home..then do squats while i wait for my food to be cooked and then do lunges after i eat..i hope this is sufficient.
I mean, the point is to stay active and burn calories..i can do that..randomly throughout the day
My other focus is eating (and drinking) well. I took a shot of beets, carrots and strawberries (yummy though it smelled like a freshly cut lawn)
Time to drink more water also since i only have 1/2 glass per day
