Cleansing

Doing a cleanse means i have to cut out my beloved sweetened chai tea

And other sweet vices..but it's totally necessary...i thinkit will help with my fatigue and skin breakouts...well i hope At least I've been having healthy late night snacks..carrots with canola and soybean oil last night and a boiled egg tonight..of course my egg would crack

Honey Masks

Honey is perfect in curing acne by cleansing skin pores and it also doesn't allow bacteria to grow on skin layer due to its anti bacterial properties. While waxy part of honey helps kipping skin soft, smooth and glowing. You can apply pure honey directly to your skin. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes and rinse. Honey is also rich with antioxidants so regular application of honey also makes the skin look younger.

To loosen and cleanse blackheads, make a paste of oatmeal, honey and an egg white. Apply to the skin, massage for 10 minutes then rinse with lukewarm water.

Eyeshadow Inspiration

This summer I'll be experimenting with more colors

My favorite colors, mostly liners, have been metallic green, psychedelic purple, navy and electric blue

I rarely wear colored shadows because i love neutrals so much..but I'm willing to break into the colorful eyeshadow world..just for fun

Honey Hair Conditioner

1 egg
1 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoons coconut or olive oil

Beat up an egg and mix to it 1 teaspoon honey and 2 teaspoons coconut or olive oil. Massage it well into the scalp. Steam the hair and then shampoo. This leaves the hair easy to manage and looking lovely.

Facial Cleaner with Carrots Carrots Cook carrots in as little water as possible. When tender, mash thoroughly and apply to the face as a mask. Leave on for 15 minutes and rinse. This is good for treating acne as well. This treatment adds vitamin A to the skin and that helps to prevent wrinkles.

Apple Mask for Spotty Skin

1/2 apple (peeled and sliced) 1 tablespoon honey 1 teaspoon ascorbic acid 1 egg yolk 1 tablespoon cider vinegar 3 tablespoons oil

Put all the mentioned ingredients into a liquidizer and blend until completely smooth. Apply on the face and leave for 30 minutes, then rinse off.

This is one of the most effective recipes for all types of skins. Vinegar restores the acid mantle, apple contains pectin and has a soothing effect. All other contents, i.e.,ascorbic acid, honey, egg yolk and oil are highly nutritious for the skin.

Discipline

I just ordered an Urban Decay eye shadow pallet...even though i bought two eye shadow sets days ago...i think have a problem

I really don't need to have more things but i always want more. There's always something that seems appealing enough for me to purchase...it's not always a whim but sometimes it is..i feel like organized shopping (..i.e...making a list or wish list...) makes me crave spontaneous, whim shopping even more..

It's not about the actual items sometimes..it's just about seeing something i like and the act of claiming it as a part of me

I know it's becoming a problem because a lot of the products I've purchased I've only used once it not at same with clothes...and i ponder why i absolutely had to buy them in the first place..i still won't learn my lesson

I really think i need to take stock of all my meaningless things..because most things are meaningless...and decide what my priorities are

Saving is becoming a huge priority as i get older and as i get older I'd like to spend money on experiences...vacations..more than things. I also want to own a house so there's that too
