My Body vs Bad Food

My body is starting to reject bad food. After bringing my own lunch to work for a week and drinking unsweetened tea...my body didn't want crappy snacks anymore..even when it's starving. The problem is...it's so hard to find filling inexpensive food. A $10 salad isn't filling (but maybe with practice it will be). I'm going to spend this year working on my body health...so it can match my healthy mind.

I also taste the flavors in food a lot now..i guess it's because the food i carried to work was bland. Well even the flavors aren't enough got my body to want it. My body.simply cries out "no no"

That's why I had a subway sandwich instead of a burger today
