I've decided that with most eyeshadows you get what you pay for...with a few exceptions
The top half of my elf natural palette has powdery shades...but the bottom shades remind my of em shades by Michelle Phan
in my entire elf color crush palette there are probably only two exceptional colors...some that are ok and others that are useless
The Anastasia shadows i checked out are similar in pigmentation to my urban decay colors but i prefer the buttery feel that i ud shadows have.
Wet n wild has super velvety shades akin to urban decay but they can be a hit or miss. The same can be said for NYX
