I tried to make cupcakes and added too much baking powder.. i could taste the bitterness. ... the strange thing is that I followed the recipe exactly except the part that said teaspoons instead of cups. Deep down I know 1 3/4 cup if baking powder was way too much. ..I should've listened to my better judgement. What a fail. But it was funny when my batter kept rising to the surface when I left it unattended. Good times
