Sephora Lust

Ever since i decided to avoid buying things in sephora my friends keep dragging me there...it was meant to be...

I'm obsessed with a couple of the Jasmine collection items and the OCC super NSFW lip tar..it's amazing how little you need for a full lip color effect.

I'm also in love with Philosophy's Unconditional Love fragrances. The black raspberry scent reminds me of a lighter cleaner version of the midnight pomegranate fragrances from Bath and body works that i used to love..no wonder my friend says it smells like me.

Now i just need a bigger paycheck to splurge more...where is my self control? I don't know either. I just have to keep telling myself that i have enough..because really..i don't need any more nail polish..maybe just an emerald color

Art Rambling - Glass Leaf

The glass leaf is red and heart shaped. The veins of the leaf also imitate the veins of the heart. It material and nature of design suggest delicacy and fragility, much like a human heart. In one second this glass leaf could shatter and lose it's function or carrying capacity. A leaf itself is also fragile in form. It has a lifespan and is easily corroded once removed from its life source, the tree. This could therefore teach us to appreciate the beauty of life while it exists, as things are hardly ever permanent

I have to applaud cooks/chefs for their work because it's not easy to do everything "just right"..so that one flavor isn't overbearing and another item isn't burnt. Nonetheless, my little concoction was edible and somewhat delightful.

Cupcake Fail

This is honestly the first cupcake I've ever not liked from baked by Melissa. I was hoping it would be less lollipop and more chocolaty...it's actually sour. Oh well. I actually think it's making me sick and i want more pink velvet cupcakes! Those were lovely. Thank goodness these aren't the only ones available
