New Rituals

I really want to come up with away to have order and balance in my day to day life

My days are really haphazard and I have no real pattern. ..sleep or wake

My goal is to create a rhythm to increase good feelings

I thought of having one of these daily 

And incorporating art into my schedule. ..In a way that's spontaneous yet structured
I also want to restrict my coffee intake. I currently drink this all hours of night/day and it throws off my sleep pattern
Eating breakfast daily 
And planning for future travels
