Gel Eyeshadows and Liners

My new favorites.... I'm loving the application of these eyeshadows.with the exception of the white gold eyeshadow from city color,  which is mousse,  these eyeshadows are better applied with brushes

I still use a primer because it's a habit and I mostly put a shimmer pigment or eyeshadow on top
