Missing the Tropics

I'm seriously missing warm humid weather and easily obtained peace of mind.  

I'm also missing delicious fruit.  Everything tastes better in the tropics. Maybe it's because i pick the fruit directly off the trees when they're ripe 

Or because my potatoes didn't travel 5000 miles before they could get to me. Maybe it's because (almost) nothing is modified. 

I miss being so close to nature....all the doors in the house being opened to welcome the outside....the morning dew, the sound of birds and the chilly sunny mountain air

Nature so easily becomes a huge part of your psyche.....a beautiful refreshing experience that I treasure

Compare that to the city. .. where everything feels ands tastes like utter sh!t 

And  here we close all our doors. .. nothing to welcome
