I always feel like I'm wasting time if I'm not doing something. .. Like reading or painting .. even while traveling. ... whenever i just sit and stare i feel anxious
Meditation makes me feel at ease. ... for a little while at least. maybe I need to mediate more and give my 'New York mind' a break
I noticed whenever i go somewhere slow placed. . My anxiety leaves me. ... time ' goes slower ' and i feel relaxed and peaceful
Maybe i need to take a trip out of the city our just meditate and deal with it. .. after all i can't run from every place when i encounter a problem
