I hate the guessing game that comes from trying to figure out what causes pimples
When i stopped taking zinc tablets i started getting pimples. This made me start using yesto grapefruit face scrub...all along is been using lush products and my face was clear. So i decided to try lush herbalism since it's a milder exfoliator and it controls oil. I've been using it for a couple days and I've only been seeing more bumps....so I'm going back to my original lush products to see what happens. To bad they don't make glorious mud anymore. And I'm taking zinc again
