This purple/blue look is actually muted enough for work.  I even used the essence blue lagoon and jordana eggplant liners on the bottom lid

I also tried out the elf coco loco primer eyeshadow over the maybelline chocolate suede color tattoo. .. because coco loco doesn't work on its own
