I've learned to pay attention to these thoughts. .. observe them closely. ... rather than acting from them spontaneously. ...
There are many times when I react to a situation that is "unlike me" and I wonder how that actually happens. .. but so many actions are "unconscious" .....and the mind uses you as a way to function
I've been learning how to quiet ny mind and use it as a tool. ... instead of the other way around. I still have a long way to go. But I've also been tuning into my spirit. ... the oneness of life forces. .. and it turns out that trying to gain spirit rather than lose my mind, is helping me phenomenally
