Something about making pancakes relaxes me. ....
Maybe it's a combination of things:
The effort that goes into its preparation... even though it's quick
The patience required to let it cook. . even though it's quick
The end result .. and adding butter and syrup
It really is a delightful process. .. and i only like to do it by myself *shrug*
